They use a consolidated payment system in which all revenue from all merchants is consolidated and the affiliate is paid monthly when the total exceeds $25.. Commision Junction has a pay by direct deposit option. They have over 1,000 merchant offerings. Commision Junction also has the best tracking system for your sales. It provides same day traking with about a 3 to 4 hour lag.

Sharesale.com      Share Sale is another relatively new affiliate marketingcompany. They have a reasonable list of nitch market merchants to affiliate with and the list is growing. Sharesale uses consolidated payments. The tracking is done daily. Sharesale could one day push Commision Junction for tops of the affiliate companies.

Reporting.net (BeFree)     Reporting.net is the most merchant oriented of all the affiliate marketing companies. They serve as a software broker between the merchant and the affiliate. They have recently started a consolidated payments option for merchants as a method of attracting publishers. Their tracking is extensive but only daily. However, they do have have some of the strongest Merchants. This network has merged with Commision Junction although each maintains seperate tracking and payout systems.

LinkShare.com      Link share is a very good program for affiliate marketing. Link Share has a high percentage of fortune 500 companies as merchants. Link share is oriented more to the merchants than they are to their affiliates. They do not use consolidated payments and each merchant sets the minum earned to qualify for a payment. The link Share tracking is updated daily but the statistics provided are not as excensive as Commision Junction.
